As we continue to expand, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us build lasting relationships with new customers.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development: Identify and develop new customer leads within the hardware, CNC machining.
Sales Process Management: Prepare accurate quotations, follow up with customers promptly, and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with overseas manufacturing teams on pricing, sample approvals, and production updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
Trade Show Participation: Attend industry trade shows and assist with booth operations, networking, and lead generation when needed.
Reporting: Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Qualifications

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with solid negotiation abilities.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B sales or the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Self-Motivation: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and a proactive mindset.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and client meetings.
